Own Home Forever exists to help first-time homeowners make practical decisions. Every public article must be reviewed and approved by a named human before publication.

Research Standards

Articles should distinguish general homeowner guidance, sourced facts, retailer or product claims, and firsthand testing. Current policies, prices, availability, and specifications must be checked before they are relied on in a public recommendation.

AI Assistance

AI tools may assist with research organization, drafting, data analysis, editing, and implementation. A named human reviews and revises every published article and is responsible for final recommendations and claims.

Product Selection

Buying guides must explain who a product is for, what evidence supports the shortlist, what trade-offs matter, whether anything was physically tested, and when material retailer information was last checked.

Corrections And Updates

Substantive corrections and reviews should update the page only when real editorial work occurred. Dates must not be changed merely to appear fresh.
